Built by experienced founders 


After scaling Meatable and PublicSonar, we (Krijn and Richard) teamed up again to build something even more ambitious. We combined our backgrounds in AI, security, energy, and large-scale projects. We are focused on the real, messy problems behind capital project design, development and delivery. This is not our first time doing this, and we are building Iconic Works with the clarity, urgency, and care that only comes from having done it before.

What you’re signing up for

We default to being in the room.

We are not remote-first. Not five days a week in an office, not performative presence, but the default is being together in person in Amsterdam. That is how trust builds, how ideas sharpen quickly, and how we move as a single team.

Everyone is forward deployed.

We all spend time with users directly. Whether you are building backend systems, shaping the product, or running operations, you stay close to the real users and the problem. We want to emphasize with our users, live in their world.

We’re here to win.

We are building the winner in this space, and that actually matters to us. We want people who are genuinely all-in on the mission and the outcome.

We own it, and we care about the craft.

We do not track hours. We care about what gets built and how good it is. Whether you are writing infrastructure, designing a dashboard, setting an internal process, or preparing a client proposal, the work should make you proud. This is your craft. You have to enjoy doing it.

We speak up. We challenge ideas. Friction is part of building great product. We keep it constructive and without ego, but we do not water things down. That is how a good idea becomes a great one..
